Cancellations: If you need to cancel your course booking more than 1 month before your course start date you will be offered a full refund. Between 1 month and 15 days before your course start date, 30% of the course fee is charged, unless you wish to transfer to a course on another date, in which case transfer terms apply. 14 days before the course start date transfers will not be allowed and we are unable to offer any refunds.

Tea Party Cakes reserves the right to cancel any class at our own discretion, though we will do our best to avoid having to do this. Should this happen we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you a place on another course to the same value. If this does not suit you a full refund will be offered. In the event of cancellation Tea Party Cakes will not be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by students.

Transfers: If you wish to transfer to an alternative course or date, you may do so up to and including 15 days before your course start date. A £20 administration fee will be applied. Transfers will not be allowed 14 days before your course start date.
